LIVING LOVE WORKSHOP REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

(SEE LIVING LOVE PRIVACY POLICY BELOW)

This agreement is made between Living Love (this includes a Living Love assigned Sponsor) (hereinafter referred to as “LL”) and the Participant (hereinafter referred to as “the Participant”).

  1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions:

The Participant acknowledges and agrees that by participating in the workshop, the Participant accepts these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by them.

  1. Payment:

The Participant must pay the amount listed in the payment categories to be guaranteed a place in the workshop, unless a deposit is agreed on with LL.

3.  Cancellations: 

a. Cancellation by the Participant must be received by email to info@livinglove.com.au.

b. Australia: Cancellation up to 4 weeks beforehand – a full refund minus a $50 administration fee.

Cancellation after 4 weeks before the workshop starts – your fee is non-refundable. In this case transfer to another Living Love event is offered where possible, at the discretion of LL.

c. International: Cancellation up to 6 weeks beforehand – a full refund minus a $50 administration fee. Cancellation after 6 weeks before the workshop starts – your fee is non-refundable. In this case transfer to another LL event is offered where possible, at the discretion of LL.

d. If LL cancels a workshop through no fault of the Participant, the Participant will be informed by email or phone, and any monies paid by the Participant will be refunded in full within 7 days of the cancellation.

e. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Program, as well as their individual participation in the Program, can be terminated at the discretion of LL for any reason at any time. In such event the Participant will receive a pro rata refund of the Program fee. If the participant withdraws from the Workshop or Program for any reason whatsoever, no part of the fee shall be refunded, and any unpaid portion thereof shall become due and payable immediately from the Participant to LL

f.  LL will not be responsible for any costs incurred for participants’ personal travel or accommodation.

g. LL may substitute the scheduled workshop facilitator with a trained facilitator at any time.

4. Technical Issues (online workshops and courses).

The participant is entirely responsible for having working internet, computers and other technology necessary to connect to the Program at the date and time the Program is offered. However, if technical issues caused by Living Love or its third-party providers result in cancellation or outages/content loss, then Living Love in its sole and exclusive determination may offer the following in place of a refund or credit:
·  Living Love will make up the Program sessions and/or provide a recording to those who were prevented from attending
·  In cases where the Program is interrupted, and the lost content/presentation is material to the Program, Living Love will facilitate the delivery of the missing content/materials as determined by Living Love  in collaboration with the presenter, within a reasonable period of time following the original Program delivery date(s).

  1. Intellectual Property and Copyright:

a. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that successful completion of this workshop does not constitute professional training and does not entitle them to teach, lead, coach or otherwise use this material with others in any way. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that all materials used in this course are confidential in nature and other than for their own personal use, they will have no future right to use these materials or processes.

b. The Participant shall not use LL’s Intellectual Property for commercial gain or any purpose other than as permitted in the clause (b). whether directly or indirectly.

c. Recording (whether sound, video, photographing or otherwise) is not permitted at the workshop without prior written approval from LL [and subject to the Participant signing a “Media Acknowledgement Form” concerning the future use of such recordings].

d. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the workshop sessions and anything they share may be recorded for training purposes.

5.  Catering and special needs at ‘In Person’ events:

Morning and/or afternoon tea and usually provided. The Participant is responsible for advising LL, at least 10 business days before the workshop, of any special dietary requirements. Although every reasonable effort will be made to satisfy these requirements, Living Love does not guarantee that the Participant’s requirements will be met.

Participants with any severe food allergies must bring their own food and LL accepts no responsibility for any reaction to any food or beverage supplied during the workshop.

Participants with non-food related allergies (e.g. type of flower) are responsible for advising LL, at least 3 business days before the workshop, of any allergies. Although every reasonable effort will be made to satisfy these requirements, LL does not guarantee that the Participant’s requirements will be met.

  1. Personal Property at ‘In person’ events:

The Participant acknowledges and agrees that LL is not responsible and will not be held liable for any damage, theft or damage to the Participant’s personal property at the venue prior to, during or after the workshop.

  1. Medical Condition and Release:

a.  The Participant must not participate in the workshop if he or she has any known medical condition affecting their ability to participate in activities involving mild physical exercise. By participating in the workshop, the Participant agrees to release and hold harmless LL and any of its sponsors, officers, employees and agents from any liability in this regard to the extent permitted by law. The Participant and the Participants also waive to the fullest extent permitted by law in this regard any rights to any causes of action that the Participant may have now or in the future against LL.

b. The Participant’s medical condition may not prohibit their attendance, with modified participation agreed on by Living Love and the Participant.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you place an order for a workshop or subscribe to our newsletter.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
